Our lives move with the waves of existence. Ebb and flow, calm or storm, the tides around us and the tides within ourselves. There can be so much power in the events and circumstances in our lives. But that same power lives within us. The power and energy to get up and live life to the fullest.
“Facing your waves”, and gold shines towards you! The painting is build with of many layers and gold, just like us ;-) and for extra structure, sand from the Dutch coast and the Atlantic Ocean has been added. In this way, the sea literally participates.
